Peter Kropik

Peter Kropik is Honeywell's Senior Vice President, Enterprise Transformation and Chief Digital Officer. His principal focus is accelerating the company's most significant transformation priorities — unifying technology leadership and enterprise change capability to deliver measurable results at scale. In this role, he leads a combined team across Honeywell's IT and Enterprise Transformation portfolios, driving strategic value through enterprise-wide technology deployments and transformative initiatives including the transition to functional shared services.

Peter also leads Honeywell's Artificial Intelligence Center of Expertise, positioning the company to harness AI capabilities at scale and embed intelligent automation across global operations. In addition, he oversees the Accelerator Operating System, Honeywell's initiative focused on end-to-end process transformation, standard work and operational excellence.

Peter brings to this role a compelling combination of deep technology expertise and proven transformation leadership. He has held progressive senior leadership positions at Honeywell, including Vice President of Global Transformation, Vice President of Corporate Customer Experience, and Vice President of Customer Product Support and CIO for Aerospace. He led the advancement of customer experience across Honeywell Aerospace and directed the organizational transformation underlying the Aerospace separation, ensuring operational continuity and alignment throughout.

Peter holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Northern Arizona University's W. A. Franke College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Arizona University. He also has Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and DFSS certifications.
