Mike Stepniak

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mike Stepniak is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Honeywell Technologies. Since joining Honeywell in 2020, he has held finance leadership roles across the company and now oversees the enterprise finance organization.

Before assuming this role, Mike served as vice president of corporate finance, where he led Treasury, Tax, Audit, Business Analysis and Planning and Investor Relations.

Previously, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Honeywell Building Technologies and then as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Honeywell Aerospace, where he led global finance and supported the business’s post-COVID recovery.

Prior to joining Honeywell in 2020, Mike spent 18 years with General Electric Co. in finance leadership roles of increasing responsibility. He most recently served as CFO of the Oilfield Equipment division at Baker Hughes International, a GE company. He began his career in GE’s Financial Management and Corporate Audit programs.

Mike holds an MBA in international business from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Edinboro University.
