Mark Macaluso is Senior Vice President of Investor Relations.

Mark rejoined Honeywell Technologies in 2025 after spending the years between 2008 and 2020 at the company. During that time, he held various positions, including Vice President of Investor Relations, where he led the company's investor relations strategy through several transformational events. Institutional Investor’s All America Executive Team recognized Mark as the #1 Investor Relations Officer in the Electrical Equipment & Multi-Industry sector for 2017, 2018 and 2019. Earlier he also acted as Vice President, Business Analysis & Planning, for Honeywell’s former Performance Materials and Technologies segment and as Director, Corporate Development and M&A.

Prior to rejoining Honeywell Technologies, Mark spent five years as Vice President, Investor Relations and Global Communications at ITT, Inc. (NYSE: ITT), where he led the company’s global investor relations strategy, expanded its sell-side research analyst coverage, grew its shareholder base and oversaw its first two large-scale investor days. Mark started his career in the Assurance practice at Arthur Andersen LLP in Boston.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
