Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Jennifer Reilly is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Honeywell Technologies.

Jennifer leads the company’s global human resources strategy, including talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation across Honeywell’s worldwide operations.

Jennifer joined Honeywell in 2023 as Vice President, Human Resources and Communications for Safety and Productivity Solutions and subsequently served as Vice President, Human Resources and Communications for Honeywell Process Technology. In these roles, she led global HR strategy and communications, supporting business growth, transformation, and organizational performance.

Prior to joining Honeywell, Jennifer served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at MKS Instruments, Inc. from 2019 to 2023. Earlier, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Danaher’s Life Sciences platform and previously as Vice President of Human Resources and Communications for Danaher’s Radiometer operating company, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. She began her career with nearly two decades in global human resources leadership roles at The Hershey Company and General Mills.

Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College.
