Luis is bringing earth-friendly solutions to new markets.

Luis has been leading the Latin American team to address critical initiatives correlating to global warming and sustainability. The group introduced non-ozone depleting Solstice® hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) refrigerants to non-regulated markets for applications like supermarkets and air conditioning for cars and trucks. Luis’ team has assisted asphalt producers reduce their carbon dioxide emissions and helped develop polyvinylchloride (PVC)-free alternatives for pharmaceutical packaging.

Luis maintains a family organic farm in the mountains near his office in Mexico City to remind him of what we all need to protect.
